Episcopal School of Jacksonville Novice/Learn to Row Summer Camp
This camp will provide an introduction to rowing and teach the basic rowing stroke on and off the water. The camp will include a morning and afternoon session with a mid day break for lunch and time in the pool to cool off. This is a great camp for the athlete who always wanted to try the sport and was unable during the school year and conflicting sport seasons. Campers will be split up by grade and age to enhance the learning experience. Instruction is provided by ESJ Program Director and Girls Head Coach Mike Alton and Assistant Coach Kelly Bailey. Lunch will be provided. Click here to register for this camp on Thriva, our summer camp management system.
Summer programs at Episcopal School of Jacksonville are all about fun and self-improvement. The classes give students the opportunity to enjoy the subject matter at a relaxed pace, with fewer students and greater teacher attention.
The camps stress the love of the game, whether it be basketball or dancing. The welcoming environment at Episcopal allows students and parents to focus on what is important: improving academics, athletics, and fine arts skills. The school prides itself on being a small, close-knit community that welcomes anyone to join us. Come play and learn with us this summer!
