It costs $250 for a 3-hour time period and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

The 3-hr time frame is inclusive of the renter's time for decorating, setting up food, etc. as well as cleaning up. No exceptions.

Parties are only available for bookings on Saturdays.  Bookings will not be available on any Saturdays that occur before a Sunday holiday.

Yes, but decorations must not damage floors, walls, carpeting or furniture. Nails, screws, or glue of any kind may not be used. Duct tape may not be used on any painted or varnished surface. No confetti or glitter may be thrown anywhere on Ministry property. It is the responsibility of the requester to make sure all decorations are removed from the building, should the renter choose to ignore these instructions, there will be a $50 extra charge for clean-up.

Yes, the existing café tables provide seating for 35 people (5 short tables and 5 tall tables). Additional round and rectangular tables and chairs can be requested if needed.

No, the Plaza Café is not open on Saturdays because the space is just rented out for private parties.

Yes, you are welcome to bring food and drinks.
