Northeastern Early Steps is a Children's Medical Services program provided by the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida College of Medicine–Jacksonville. The Northeastern Early Steps Program offers developmentally supportive early intervention services for infants and toddlers aged birth to 36 months who have developmental delay or may be at risk for developmental delay. Northeastern Early Steps serves families living in Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Nassau, Baker, and Bradford Counties. Early intervention through Northeastern Early Steps offers services at no cost to families, service delivery in the environments where children typically live, learn, and play, and a family-centered approach.
