My Gym is introducing a new tumbling class called TRICKS & FLIPS! We’re going to be teaching the fundamentals of gymnastics and tumbling through floor exercises and skill building techniques. This fun and exciting program will be specifically designed to enhance self-confidence, in addition to improving coordination, balance, and flexibility.
We will be working on progressive tumbling skills, like cartwheels, round-offs, backbends, and back walkovers, as well as running tumbling passes. We even plan to incorporate some of their favorite fitness stations from our My Gym Curriculum, such as the aerial silks and trapeze.
This class is intended to be super-fun and high-energy, while simultaneously installing the foundations of gymnastics, tumbling, and overall fitness, form, and technique. The class will be held on Wednesdays from 5pm to 6pm. See a coach to reserve a spot!!!
