Episcopal Children's Services

Episcopal Children's Services is a recognized leader in early childhood education serving more than 27,000 children and their families in eight counties in Northeast Florida. Established in 1966, Episcopal Children's Services is a nonprofit organization with a strong entrepreneurial spirit that uses research and best practices to help families ensure their children enter school ready to learn. Our talented, dedicated teachers and staff proactively work with at-risk children from birth to age five and their families to build a strong educational foundation.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
· Volunteer at one of our great Vegetable Gardens (located at our centers). Show the children how to plant and water the garden vegetables
· Read stories to children
· Assist teachers with classroom responsibilities
· Work with children in special interest areas (music, drama, art)
· Help prepare and present materials
· Assist with special events at the centers
· Share travel experiences
· Give a lecture on your career or area of expertise
· Assist with parent involvement and parent activities
· Serve on focus or advisory committees for a center
