Nitrogen Creamery

Our family has been wanting to open a food truck. We wanted an idea that is fun and would be a new idea to bring to Jacksonville, Florida. My family LOVES great homemade ice cream. So my husband Chad being a chef, began experimenting with ice cream bases and liquid nitrogen. After months of work Nitrogen Creamery was born.

Ice cream made with liquid Nitrogen is amazingly smooth. The ice crystals that are formed during the process of freezing actually create smaller ice crystals.
