I would say I was taking care of very quickly. That’s the only thing I can say. Everybody was kind of cranky. They were in a hurry. There were very few smiles. Nobody wanted to make any kind of conversation about anything. I’m glad I don’t have to go back for another year. Maybe by then I can find a better place or things will change. We’ll see.

II was overcharge on first visit. I wasn't aware until the second visit for that I was being charged again well over 300 and something all dollars and I wasn't notified or told of this charge so I was not able to pay the amount. But I did pay half of the amount so I can get the surgery that I was scheduled for that date. I can't the places like Chipotle I was rudely spoken to derogatory treatment and also some racist tendencies against me in your office by your Bina Patel your office manager. I immediately contact my insurance to let them know of the discretions that was set before me and I also contacted my primary physician who referred me to your office I also will be putting in a complaint at the Florida medical board department never met the physician so I don't have anything to include about the physician cuz never met him. Very disappointed for wasting my time but I will be putting in my complaints to the necessary departments.

Morgan was great. She answered all my questions and provided me gudiance on the removals of my moles.

I recieved 2 message reminders that my appt was at 3pm. I filled out the documents requested, online. I arrived at 230pm. There were 5 people in the lobby 2 in front of me and the others came in after me. I waited patiently after I checked in until 3pm. The people that came in were now leaving. More people came in and she called 2 more people before I finally went up to the desk and asked, the brown haired girl, "when are they going to call me?" She responds your appt is at 330. I said I thought it was at 3 and sat back down. I checked my phone just to make sure and indeed the 2 messages said 3pm. I showed her my phone and she said oh that's automated text your appt is at 330. She was very cold and as someone who works in pt care she had no empathy much less CS skills. I said well I had planned on a visit at 3pm and I have other obligations I need to reschedule. With an annoyed look she said "ugh hang on" she was going to turn and do something else but instead she quickly looked at her computer screen and says we don't have appts for a while. At that point I didn't want to have to pay them money or my insurance company for any services. Terrible terrible pt/customer service. I have a spot on my nose that I have been watching for at least a year, I really needed this appt. but I would rather take my chances than have to deal with or see her again. So rude and unacceptable.

Such a great place. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Goyal and his nurse and PA are so caring, explaining everything, being so supportive and knowledgeable. It is good to know we have a dermatology facility like that so close to home.

My experience to the Coastal Dermatology was a great one. All the staff is wonderful. Morgan did a full body skin scan and went over what she was finding. I was very happy to get my skin spot on my face burned off as it just wasn't healing. She was able to send in a great oil for my very dry nurse's hands from constantly washing due to being my mom's caregiver. Thank you Morgan!

Dr. Goyal has kept me alive for over 20 years. I have all 3 types of skin cancer and he has been doing my screenings and treating and removing several of all types over the years. He advised me and referred me to Moffet Cancer Center in Tampa when a melanoma showed up on my ear, then was my advisor when I had a squamous cell on the bottom of my foot. He removed another squamous last year off my shin. He is a total professional and I trust him with my life, literally.

The experience was fine except for the full body check, which is why I came in. She did give me something for my finger nails, but I wanted a full body check and she didn't look in my groin area. I know that is probably gross, but it has been checked in the past and I wanted it checked again. Also, I requested two creams I used for various itches and bug bites, but, so far, the prescription has not been entered.

Morgan Johnson provides excellent care

I’ve seen Kayleigh many times and I trust her implicitly. She froze a few pre-cancerous spots and also did a couple of biopsies. She is careful, gentle and always explains everything perfectly. I’ve also had surgery from Dr G and I highly recommend Coastal Dermatology.

07/09/2024..I was at Mayo Clinic for most of the day for other treatments. When I met with a PA there, I discussed a bad rash that I've been having for the past week thinking it was caused by medication I've been taking for prostate cancer. PA advised the rash was not from the medication and to seek either primary or dermatologist help. I stopped at Coastal Dermatology on the way home to make an appointment but I was seen within 5 minutes by PA Morgan who diagnosed the rash and called in a prescription. I have been going to Coastal for several years and I have never had a bad appointment. All the beautiful women (this is just a compliment ) at the front check in desk are awesome. The office staff is friendly and efficient, the office is very clean and everyone is very respectful. MS. Saunders is very knowledgeable and thorough and takes her time with you, listens and explains everything she plans for treatment. I was very impressed.

I know dr, Goyal is a great dermatologist but his staff don’t know what to do, I was charged full visit fees even though I explained to her that I already met my deductible, they did not want dr Goyal see me if I don’t pay. I would have been easy for them to check with my insurance and verify all my info, I was very disappointed

Though the wait for an appointment was too long, Dr.Goyal was worth the wait. He listens to every word I said, he asked appropriate questions and determined a diagnosis. Dr.Goyal was extremely nice, empathetic and came across very knowledgeable. I will be back for a full body evaluation.

Kayleigh is awesome! She has reviewed your chart before entering the room and asks all the right questions. The exam is thorough and she and her assistant keep everything moving and private (you stay covered except for the area they are examining). After she finishes she stands next to you and asks if you have any questions or concerns that haven't been addressed. She and her assistant (as well as the front desk staff) are friendly and positive! This is a great office - which is why I travel 45 minutes to my appointments!!!

Kayleigh tries and exhausts every possible therapeutic avenue to fix the issue and does a great job asking if you have any questions or concerns about her approach. Kayleigh is very conservative in her presentation with medication but I imagine that is limiting her liability. I would recommend her for treatment. The front desk staff is always pleasant but their billing department is clueless and never gets it right!

Ms Sanders gave me excellent care! She described what was going on with my infection on my arm and torso. She described in detail how I should put the medication on the infected area as well as how and when to make the oral medication. She was very gentle and very kind to me. She knew I was worried about my health and told me exactly what to do and that my infection would clear up very soon based on the medication she prescribed to me. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Goyal and his staff to anyone my friends and associates. They do a wonderful job !!

Dr. Goyal prescribed a cream rather than surgery to treat a superficial basal cell carcinoma to avoid potential healing problems.

I love this office. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I was having a continuous rash that wasn't "completely" going away so I was seen by Dr. Goyal. He was very attentive and the script he called in took care of the rash and he also was able to tell me what the problem is and how to address it from now on.
