About the practice

In the fall of 1965 our founder Dr. Thomas Toman began private practice in a little red brick office on First Street in Neptune Beach after proudly serving in the United States Army.  He later moved the practice to our current location on Third Street when the building was completed in the summer of 1975.  After completing his studies at the University of Florida, Dr. Timothy Toman joined him in the spring of 2003.  They practiced together blending the newest technologies with the tried and true methods that were proven, and boy did they have fun doing it.  Dr. Thomas retired in the fall of 2014 after nearly 50 years of serving the Beaches.  Dr. Tim continues on in his father's footsteps providing caring, sensible care to the folks in our hometown.
