Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park History and Ecology Tour

  • Cost: Park entry fee $5

Join a park ranger on a guided tour of Hanna Park located at 500 Wonderwood Drive, Jax, FL 32233. You can learn about the history of the area, from the time of the first European contact centuries ago to the formation of the park as we know it today. We will also discuss some of the local ecology that can be found throughout the park. Terrain may not be suitable for strollers.
Fee required to enter the park.
Meet at the Dolphin Plaza building.
Directions: After entering the park, take a left at the first green sign you see. Follow that road north and then turn right at the sign that says Dolphin Plaza.
Following CDC guidelines, programs will be presented on a first come basis and will be limited to 10 participants with social distancing, face masks, and hand hygiene etiquette. Please stay home if you are ill, have tested positive for COVID-19, are showing symptoms, or had close contact with a person with symptoms in the past 14 days.
