We are back! It’s the 2nd annual Escape: Body and Soul Wellness Festival!
Studies have shown that the state of mental health and our moods are drastically affected by our environments.
What we don't often realize is the power we possess to create an environment that will help us to healthily manage the stresses of our worlds.
We are excited to bring back this amazing event to the community! Partnering with organizations and businesses in the surrounding areas, we are committed to educating and providing our community with awareness and resources so that we can take control of our own environments and well beings!
The day promises to be full of fun, food, activities, live music performances and more, that demonstrate how to manage mental health through music and play therapy!
