 to build in plain English, letting AI help create a first version, then tes
 ting, debugging, and improving it until it works.<br /><br />I’m Fred Marks
 , founder of Jacksonville’s vibe coding meetup community and a Bolles alum,
  Class of 2000. I also am teaching vibe coding summer camp at The Bolles Sc
 hool. This free library class is independent and not affiliated with The Bo
 lles School or The Bolles School summer camp. <br /><br />I’m offering a FR
 EE 90-minute introduction to Vibe Coding class at Jacksonville public libra
 ries for parents/guardians and kids ages 10–17.<br /><br />This is not just
  a talk about AI. We are going to actually vibe code something together.<br
  />We’ll start with a simple idea, turn it into a clear prompt, have AI cre
 ate a first version, test what works, fix what breaks, and improve it as a 
 group!<br /><br />That is the real skill: learning how to think clearly, ex
 plain an idea, question what AI gives back, and keep improving until someth
 ing works.<br /><br />Kids who like games, apps, websites, writing, art, mu
 sic, sports, or business ideas will see how AI can help turn an idea in the
 ir head into something real.<br /><br />No AI or coding experience needed. 
 A smartphone is required, or laptop (not necessary, but you are welcome to 
 bring).  We will use the library's wifi, and will use Google's FREE Vibe Co
 ding platform, AI Studio.<br /><br />This is not a drop-off class. A parent
  or guardian must stay for the full class.<br /><br />Space is limited to a
