 Lionel Bart’s OLIVER!,” in July. <br /><br />RCT combines first-rate produc
 tions with enriching educational programming and brings a fresh, innovative
  approach to theatrical storytelling. With a mission to create an artistic 
 home for performers and audiences alike, RCT is dedicated to fostering a de
 ep appreciation for the performing arts in Jacksonville and beyond. <br /><
 br />“As RCT’s Executive Artistic Director, I am committed to supporting th
 e dreams of others who find joy and community through theatre,” says Stephe
 n Billy. “It seems fitting that our inaugural show celebrates a timeless st
