WE WILL BE UTILIZING THE TURF SPACE AT 5 TOOL TRAINING AND THE GYM SPACE AT ABOVE BASKETBALL (RIGHT NEXT DOOR) TO GIVE THE CAMPERS THE MOST UNIQUE CAMP EXPERIENCE IN JACKSONVILLE!

We have Senior Staff Members that are CPR/First Aide Certified. Also, Senior Staff Members that are experienced with ASD and ESE. Camper to Counselor Ratios will be monitored, in most cases the ratio will be 8:1.

Our goals are simple: Be active, have fun & make new friends!  Players will be grouped by age and skill level to allow them to play all different kinds of games. Whiffle Ball, Flag Football, Soccer, Dodge ball, Capture The Flag, Kickball, SPUD, Relay Races and many more games.

Meals

• Lunch is NOT provided.  Friday Pizza is available for purchase (by Wednesday) for $7 per child.
• There is a Camp Store, which is available for campers to purchase drinks (water/Gatorade/soda) and snacks (assorted chips/candy).
• Parents will be allowed to put money into a camper's account during the week when dropping off their camper. Everything in the Camp Store is $1 to $3

Equipment

Please wear athletic clothing, bring a water bottle, a snack (and lunch for full day and afternoon half day campers).  All equipment needed for specific games is provided.

Check-In and Pick-Up

Check-in starts at 8:30am.

• Early drop off at 8am is available for $35 for the week / $7 per day
• Late pick up from 3:15pm-5pm is available for $100 for the week / $20 per day

Cancellations / Refunds

• We do not offer refunds on any of our programs.  We do allow you to switch to a different program or to apply a credit to your account. 
• To receive credit: Camps must be rescheduled 7 days in advance and lessons/bootcamps must be rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance.  The credit is good for 1 year from the date of the original scheduled program.
• All requests for cancellations and/or changes must be submitted in writing via email to info@5tooltraining.com

Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the email address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your email daily, this will eliminate any confusion and/or miscommunication.

Description

FULL DAY (9AM - 3PM) CAMP IS $205 PER WEEK

HALF DAY (9AM - 12PM OR 12PM-3PM) CAMP IS $110 PER WEEK

*Interested in a single day?  $50 per full day/$30 per half day
