I became a licensed teacher in 2004, and have taught school in Georgia, Colorado, and Florida. I have a true passion for teaching and serving my community.
I have over 25 years experience as a Family Support Group Leader, at the platoon, company and battalion level, serving wives and their families, while my husband served as an active duty Army Infantry Officer.
I have over 25 years of volunteer experience serving as a catechist, lector, and various positions within local Catholic parishes.
I served as the Outreach Coordinator for APR Energy. I have volunteered locally with The Children’s Home Society of Florida, and Gratitude America, serving military veterans. I am serving on the Advisory Board for Generation W’s Generation Wow program for teen girls.
I have been married for thirty-five years and have three amazing children and five beautiful grandchildren.
As a first and second grade teacher, I have been a reading tutor, coach for running club, on the teacher hiring committee, new teacher mentor, and a board member of the Jr. National Honor Society.
I am a loyal and dedicated teacher, and I cannot express how truly blessed I am to have the opportunity to tutor and provide homework assistance during the upcoming school year. I am looking forward to an exciting new school year!
