This is a 2-acre oceanfront park in Jacksonville Beach. A bronze statue, Sea Express, is the focal point of the park. This statue of a young boy riding the back of a dolphin was created by sculptress Kristen Visbal, and symbolizes the city’s dedication to preserving public access to the ocean for future generations. The park has the following amenities:
