Community PedsCare

Community PedsCare® is a national-award-winning* pediatric palliative and hospice program for children with life-threatening conditions. A program of Community Hospice of Northeast Florida in collaboration with Wolfson Children’s Hospital, Nemours Children’s Specialty Care and the University of Florida — Jacksonville, Community PedsCare offers support, comfort, and care to these children and their families.

All children deserve the full measure of childhood — happiness and hope.

We focus on the holistic, unique needs of children and their families and the value of a specialized program of support and resources. The Community PedsCare team customizes its care plan to meet the needs and abilities of each child. The program offers in-hospital and in-home medical, nursing, psychosocial, spiritual, volunteer and other services to support, comfort and care for children and their families.
