Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) is the result of more than four decades of research and development by Dr. Harvey Barnett. ISR is a nationally recognized system of aquatic self-rescue instruction for young children. The program focuses on educating parents and children about aquatic survival and safety. Our Mission Statement: "To prevent drowning and enrich the lives of children by teaching them to swim."
