About Trasca & Co Eatery
Trasca & Co Eatery, located in the Sawgrass Village Shopping Center, is owned and operated by Ponte Vedra resident Sara Frasca. The Eatery specializes in an Italian-inspired sandwich called the Panino, which was invented by Sara’s grandmother Everetta Frasca in 1974 in Colorado. Voted “Best New Restaurant in JAX” in 2015 by Florida Times readers, the Eatery focuses on using the most flavorful ingredients to deliver a delicious handcrafted sandwich, pizza, salads and more, in an eclectic, fast-casual setting.
