Join St. Johns Cares on Earth Day, Saturday, April 22, to celebrate our environment and help keep it clean! Our group will meet at 8:30 AM at the GTM Preserve for the Seining Event, which lasts until 9:30 AM. Tickets have already been reserved so you do not need to sign-up on the GTM site. Just after, we will transition to the Education building where we will be provided a trail guide, binoculars, gloves, and buckets so we can hike and pick up litter on the Yellow Trail to the Tolomato River (1.1 miles).
If you can't make the seining Event but want to help cleanup, you can meet the group at the Education Center at 9:45 AM to pick up your supplies and cleanup with us.
Picnic tables are located at the end of the trail for those who want to take a break and have a snack or lunch. Come enjoy the great outdoors with us! Slots are limited (15 adults and 15 children for Seining Event / Cleanup Combo, 10 adults/children for Cleanup only) so signup today at at the event's SignUp Genius page.
