Diamond D Ranch Horse Summer Camp

Diamond D Ranch provides young people an opportunity to learn about horses and horsemanship. Our program is designed to benefit the beginner and those who already have some knowledge of horses. Participating in a horse camp is a great way to build a child's self-confidence and help a child develop good decision making skills. Attending horse camp promotes independence while the child learns responsibility and cooperation.

Not only will your child spend HOURS in the saddle, he or she will learn just what horse life is all about! With demonstrations from local vets, farriers and trainers our summer camp digs deep into everything a future horse owner would need to know. In addition, there will be classroom and video sessions or horse identification, anatomy, grooming, conditioning, nutrition, health, tack, and western horsemanship.
We also do many bible devotions throughout the week with out campers.
