

Some activities your child may experience/participate in as a "Farmer for a Day" include:
~feeding the animals (goats, chickens, mini horse, quail, fish)
~gathering eggs
~baby chicks, ducks and goats
~goat yoga
~learn how to catch a chicken
~solstice cookies decorated with fresh picked edible flowers from the garden
~animal health checks
~grooming the animals
~braiding horse hair (older children only)
~gathering eggs
~learning to making cheese
~making goat milk soap (older children only)
~seasonal crafts
~koi pond
~harvesting fruits and veggies from the garden
~making seasonal foods from harvested food! (etc...pickles, kale chips)
~many fun games (some old-school, some farm originals)
~lots of water play
~building projects
We never REALLY know how the day is going to unfold, but we always have a good time!
