

This Summer we are doing an extended 6 week Summer Program. All ages (10 and up) and all abilities welcome. Whether you already know how to jump or just want to try it out, our Summer program is for everyone.
In addition to pole vaulting, activities include:
Pool Vaulting - Underwater training
Fundamentals of strength training for pole vault
Video/Technical analysis of you and professionals
Nutrition - How to eat to become an elite athlete
Practices are 2 days per week:
June 9 - July 17
Mondays & Thursdays - 9am-12pm
