Early Learning Coalition of Duval

The Early Learning Coalition of Duval helps eligible families pay for and find quality child care, register for Florida's free Voluntary Prekindergarten, and ​​conduct developmental screenings for children, from birth to five. The ELC of Duval invests in children's early development so that parents can work, children can thrive, and the early learning workforce grows stronger.
