As Discovery House Art and Play Studio, we listened to the community. You shared your wants and needs for a different and unique early childhood education facility. You asked for an environment that is loving and safe; one that allows for play, creativity and discovery. We are excited to bring this environment to the Historic Riverside/Avondale/Ortega community and beyond.

Melrose Avenue Preschool strives to bring a blended educational environment to the community of young children. Our love of children is woven with the philosophies of the Reggio Emilia Approach and Waldorf Education. Our vision is to create just the right combination for a developmentally appropriate early childhood experience.
