Treaty Oak at Jessie Ball Dupont Park

Jessie Ball DuPont Park, home of the Treaty Oak, is located on the Southbank side of the St. Johns River in downtown Jacksonville. This ancient live oak tree is estimated to be over 250 years old and has three branches reaching out wide enough to touch the ground. There is a boardwalk under the tree providing wheelchair access and plenty of shaded space for a magnificent picnic. There are a few spaces for drive-up parking.
