Rooted Northeast Florida offers holistic perinatal support services including Occupational Therapy, Professional Birth Coaching and Postpartum Support services incorporating traditional and medical model approaches.
I aim to empower you to create a birth and postpartum experience that feels supported and safe in all ways. Together, we can explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of wellness as they relate to birth and new parenthood.
Services are provided by Sara Bonderud, trained Doula Trainings International Birth Coach and Licensed/Registered Occupational Therapist.
Sara is also a yoga instructor with special interests in prenatal and postpartum yoga. Serving families in Duval, Clay, and St. Johns Counties.
