We just figured we'd call it the "RAM" (Riverside Arts Market) Ride. This is a family friendly bike ride for anyone to enjoy. Experience the freedom of cycling, and the fun of cycling as a group. RAM Ride is a community-organized, BYOR (Bike at Your Own Risk) weekly event, led by alternating volunteers each week.
The ride is every Saturday morning. We Meet at 715 Riverside Avenue, (under the the bridge). Meeting time is 8:30AM and we take-off at 9AM (Meet us near the Bicycle Valet). We'll be making a stop along the way to get some refreshments and/or snacks. We'll then return to the Arts Market at 10:30AM'ish, in time to enjoy and get fresh local produce, and fresh baked bread. The ride will be approximately 10miles at a moderate speed, keeping in mind the speed and skill level of the least experienced rider.
Every child must be accompanied by an adult and must remain close to their guardian during the ride. The hosts of the ride are not responsible for your children, but do try as best they can to be watchful of them. Please be watchful of your children and understand it is solely your responsibility to make sure they are riding safely. Additionally, all children 16 and under must wear a helmet.
