OUR ROOKIE TRAINING PROGRAM
TRAINING & CHARACTER BUILDING FOR AGES 7-11
For our youngest athletes, ages 7-11, we offer our Rookie program. This curriculum lays the groundwork for athleticism and coordination while also building confidence and self-esteem. We’ll teach youth about body mechanics, running techniques, and body-weight exercises in a supportive, positive environment.
OUR DEVELOPMENTAL CURRICULUM
ATHLETIC TRAINING FOR STUDENT-ATHLETES AGES 12-14
This D1 Training curriculum is designed for ages 12-14 and involves more athletic movement, emphasizing power, speed, and strength using age-appropriate weightlifting. This program expands on the character development of our Rookie program and informs athletes about healthy lifestyles.
PREP PROGRAM
ATHLETIC TRAINING FOR YOUTH ATHLETES AGES 15-18
This curriculum is designed for ages 15-18 and develops high-level power, speed, and strength through lifts and speed and agility programming. Our Prep program mirrors a Division 1 collegiate program.
OUR OVERTIME PROGRAM
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING FOR ATHLETES OF ALL AGES
If you’re looking for a program that offers training for athletes wanting a specific goal, our Overtime program is perfect for all ages and all skill levels. From baseball to basketball to volleyball, D1 Training gives athletes the chance to achieve their goals. Each of our facilities offers customized training for different sports and positions.
