The Jacksonville Athletic Club is thrilled to work with kids ages 5-12 to teach them all of the fun events of track and field . This training group is for the younger athlete (ages 5-12) who not only wants to learn the fundamentals of track and field, but also increase their speed and agility for all sports.
This is a tremendous opportunity for a young athlete to improve their overall athleticism. This group will meet two nights a week and will learn the proper techniques and training methods from a young age, so that their long term development will be more successful.
This is a wonderful opportunity for any young athlete looking to improve their speed, strength and coordination and this will all be done in a fun and encouraging environment! Athletes will also have many opportunities to compete in meets over the summer!
