Youth Makos Run Club
Join Coach Geoff for the Youth Makos Run Club. This program will take your young athlete and introduce them to the benefits of running. This course is designed to teach proper technique and mechanics, along with workouts and strategies to model them into effective runners. Topics covered include mechanics, race strategies, workouts, hydration and more. All runners are welcome and will have something new to learn. Athletes of any sport can make use of these workouts to get in better shape and improve their endurance. Makos Run Club is a fun way to stay fit and active and make new friends.
