Try an introduction to sailing! If you have never sailed but are interested in learning then start with a 2-4 hour interactive introduction to sailing during which you will learn the fundamentals of sailing such as points of sail and sail trim. After a brief orientation actively participate by manning the helm and sheets. Warning - this may be the beginning of a very rewarding new pastime!
