Atlantic Coast Diving Jax

Atlantic Coast Diving Jax (ACD) teaches and trains boys and girls of all ages how to do Olympic Springboard and Platform Diving. ACD has been in business since 2014. ACD uses a combination of pools and dryland facilities to accelerate the divers performance. ACD has the only Dryland Indoor Facility in North Florida. This means divers don't miss practice time due to bad weather and learn new skills in a safe environment. Whether you want to learn to flip or become an Olympian, there is a place and a pace for everyone.

Owner/Coach Courtney McClow Gills was born and raised in Jacksonville. She is a High School State Champion and Collegiate All-American. She's been a competitive diver/coach for 20 years. Several of her students have earned college scholarships for diving. Courtney is the official coach for all St. Johns County High School Divers.
