At The Little Yogi School, our focus is on one thing - teaching kids how to use the power of present awareness through movement and mindset to grow better.
Through yoga, mindfulness, and the power of visualization, we help teach kids
how to better manage stress, become physically balanced in strength, and be in control of their emotions.
Founder and teacher, Tami Diehl, has been a yoga practitioner for over two decades. As a tenured writer she blended her expertise in storytelling with her yoga teaching certifications to create a place where kids could learn the power of yoga in a way that appeals to their minds and bodies.
The Little Yogi School was born out of the need to offer children a way to regulate their emotions and a desire to give our future generation more tools than those that came before.
At The Little Yogi School, we offer one-on-one personalized sessions and group classes that are specially tailored to the needs of children. Whether your child is struggling in school, on the soccer field, or with everyday emotions, our story-based, educational classes help to provide them with the resources they need to deal with the world around them.
