Come celebrate the life, legacy and service of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Friday, January 12, 2024, at the 37th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast presented by Florida Blue inside The Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center.
Breakfast will be held from 7 to 8 a.m., providing an opportunity for guests to engage in networking and discover community involvement prospects. The formal program, hosted by Dawn Lopez of Action News Jax and Anthony Austin of First Coast News, will commence at 8 a.m. featuring Mayor Donna Deegan and leaders from the NAACP Jacksonville Branch, Jacksonville Urban League and JAX Chamber.
The program will also spotlight our 2024 Tomorrow’s Leaders presented by VyStar Credit Union award recipients. This component recognizes and awards young students in our community who exemplify the philosophies of Dr. King through leadership, community volunteerism and civic responsibility.
