Cooking Class Description: French bistro favorites make a great summer menu, no matter where you are. We’ll show you how to cook strip steak by searing it just so. Then we cut and fry crispy frites to accompany it. Bright haricots verts tossed in a shallot vinaigrette round out the hearty menu. We finish with sabayon, a lightly whipped custard topped with juicy summer berries that'll make you feel like you're dining outside along one of the Grands Boulevards.
What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
