Mommy & Me Cooking Workshop at Legacy Ale Works

The first Sunday of every month is Family Fun Day. For May, we're teaming up with Chef Diana of Italian Cooking Lessons for a fun and interactive mommy & me event. Class time is approximately 1-1.5 hrs long. Choose which class time works best for you, 12pm or 2pm.
Have you always wanted to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch but don't know where to start? Then come to this afternoon workshop at LEGACY ALE WORKS where Diana Testa, our Italian pasta guru will be leading this family friendly class. Children all ages are welcome!
What to expect:
- You will make your fresh pasta from scratch to bring home together with a jar of marinara sauce
-You will learn the difference between the Italian flours and their uses
- Find out the proper flour to egg ratio per person
- Learn how to knead, roll, and cut your dough for each recipe
- You will learn how to dry the pasta and store it properly so you can eat fresh pasta for a long time!
- Explore the kitchen and equipment tools you'll need
The cooking class is fully interactive, everyone gets to cook! Bring your camera and create great memories that your child will cherish for a life to come! Price is per duo (adult/child) Ticket price includes a $5 tab credit at Legacy Ale Works. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable if you are unable to attend.
