This will be an all levels yoga flow for the whole family! Donations are welcome to support Fur Sisters, a local non-profit dog rescue, https://www.fursisters.org/our-mission
Karina is an incredibly powerful rey of sunlight, making yoga attainable to all & offering a variety of variations. Through her teaching, Karina hopes to inspire others to discover what IS possible when you let go of fear.
*If your dog doesn’t have separation anxiety, they are welcome to play in the off leash area while you enjoy yoga. Day passes are available to Brewhound if you do not already have a membership at Brewhound
