What is a sound bath? A sound bath experience is an immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound and vibration to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.
While this event is free, please arrive at least 15-30 minutes early to account for parking and check-in or registration if not already completed. Bring a yoga mat, blanket or anything you may need to feel comfortable on the sand for an hour. All ages are welcome, but children must be accompanied by an adult.
