Get ready for a day filled with bee-themed excitement, educational experiences, and fun for the whole family, all in the comfort of indoor, air-conditioned surroundings!
Here's what you can expect:
Bee a Kid Zone: Let your little ones' imaginations soar in our Bee a Kid Zone. They'll enjoy hands-on modules, learn about bee biology and honey production, and engage in eco-friendly art and planting activities.
Honey Bee Education Annex: Expand your knowledge about bees and beekeeping in our educational sessions at the Honey Bee Education Annex. Engaging speakers will cover topics such as Backyard Beekeeping, Planting for Pollinators, and more! Seating may be limited, so arrive early to secure your spot.
Ask a Beekeeper! The Jacksonville Beekeepers Association, Clay County Beekeepers Association and Nassau County Beekeepers Association will be on-site to discuss local beekeeping, backyard beekeeping, and more. Take this opportunity to learn from the experts and get all your beekeeping questions answered!
