Sunset Beach Yoga Benefiting No Kid Hungry

Close off your weekend & celebrate a early Galentines Day with a beautiful sunset yoga flow, all while helping out a very worthy charity, No Kid Hungry. This yoga class will be 100% donation based with all proceeds going to No Kid Hungry (more information below). This 45 minute vinyasa flow yoga class is all-levels and open to everyone, whether it's your first yoga class or you've been practicing for years. We'll lengthen and strength our bodies as we connect our breath to our movements. All you'll need is a mat, a beach towel/blanket and an open attitude! After class I'll also lead an optional 5 minute meditation practice for anyone that is interested in joining. Sunset is at 6:10 PM, so you can watch the sun go down as we flow and have the option to stay and watch it set!
