The Playful Family Glow Yoga

Join us for a holistic wellness experience for the whole family of Glow Yoga followed by a Soundbath with crystal singing bowls led by Spectrum Sound. A Soundbath can help us to decrease stress and anxiety, relieve tension, and create a sense of calm and peace. It can also help you sleep better. There will be dim colorful lighting, diffused aroma of lavender essential oil, and you will be enveloped in the sound of Singing Bowls.
A perfect way to start the weekend. See you there!
