The Florida STEM & Health Expo is a large-scale, community-centered, free to the public event designed to inspire, educate, and connect students and families to real-world opportunities in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and healthcare. The Expo brings together educators, healthcare professionals, STEM organizations, colleges and universities, public agencies, nonprofits, and industry leaders to create an interactive, hands-on learning environment that sparks curiosity and broadens career awareness - particularly for students from underserved and underrepresented communities.
Through immersive exhibits, live demonstrations, career exploration stations, wellness resources, and mentorship opportunities, the Florida STEM & Health Expo exposes students to pathways they may not otherwise encounter. Attendees engage directly with professionals in fields ranging from medicine, nursing, and mental health to robotics, engineering, cybersecurity, environmental science, and emerging technologies. The event emphasizes not only academic and career readiness, but also whole-child wellness, highlighting the connection between health, education, and long-term success.
At its core, the Florida STEM & Health Expo is about access, equity, and community partnership. By removing barriers to information and bringing resources directly to families, the Expo creates a welcoming space where students can imagine their futures, ask questions, and see themselves represented in high-impact careers. The event also strengthens collaboration across sectors, uniting schools, businesses, healthcare systems, and community organizations around a shared commitment to youth opportunity, workforce development, and a healthier, more informed Florida.
There will be bounce houses, exciting STEM demonstrations, interactive experiences, activities, food trucks, and much more.
This year will also feature the Children's Entrepreneur Market, an outdoor farmers/crafts market run entirely by kids.
This event is free to the community
