Jacksonville Beach Opening of the Beaches Parade and Sandcastle Contest

The annual Sandcastle Contest returns on Saturday, April 25, just north of the Jacksonville Beach Pier, kicking off a weekend of beach-season celebrations. Festivities continue with the Opening of the Beaches Parade on Sunday, April 26, 2026. Registration for the Sandcastle Contest opens March 1, and parade registration will be open from March 2 through March 31. More details on both events will be shared at jacksonvillebeach.org soon!
