2026 SALA Regional Lifeguard Championships

We’re proud to announce that Jacksonville Beach Ocean Rescue and the Volunteer Life Saving Corps, with the support of the City of Jacksonville Beach, will host the 2026 South Atlantic Lifesaving Association Regional Lifeguard Championships on July 15th and 16th in beautiful Jacksonville Beach. Two days of elite competition, teamwork, and lifesaving excellence are coming to our shoreline.
