The Osprey Youth Summer Skills Camps are Jacksonville's premier youth baseball training program, hosted at Harmon Stadium on the University of North Florida campus. Players ages 7–13 train in a true Division I environment under the instruction of UNF Baseball coaches and current Osprey players.
Each four-day session is built around high-repetition instruction and structured drill stations, giving campers the volume of reps needed to develop real habits. The program is designed for all skill levels — from beginners building foundational movement patterns to more advanced players sharpening mechanics ahead of fall ball or travel season.
Campers rotate through stations covering:
Hitting mechanics
Defensive fundamentals
Throwing progression
Baserunning
Situational gameplay
Daily simulated games
Beyond the physical skills, the program emphasizes the mental side of the game — leadership, teamwork, effort, and the intangibles that college coaches look for. UNF players and coaches bring firsthand experience of what it takes to compete at the next level, and that perspective is woven throughout every session.
COACHING STAFF
Instruction is led by the UNF Baseball coaching staff and current Osprey players. All coaches are dedicated to building confidence, skills, and a genuine love for the game in every camper.
